We'd like to thank you and your child(ren) for your participation in this year's STEM Summer Camp.  

Now in our 7th year, we strive to continuously improve our camps and this is only possible with your feedback.  We've created a feedback form (below) that helps us to get a better understanding of your child's experience with us.  If you could complete the form below and share your thoughts, that would be greatly appreciated.  We've tried to limit as much manual input as possible, so should hopefully not take longer than just a few minutes to complete.
